Capped Price Computer Repairs East Brisbane

We hate big bills as much as you, that's why at Office IT we are upfront regarding the costs of our services

When you book in a job with us at our technology kiosk we have a initial ($60 kiosk/$75 Onsite) service fee for us to repair or diagnose the issues with the computer or laptop for upto 30 minutes

If we can't resolve your computer issues within the inital 30 minutes a quote will be provided to you to carry out the repair.

So whats the cap

Our cap is currently set at 2 hours ($240 maximum labour for technology kiosk based repairs and $300 for onsite repairs). Remember this is the worst case for a repair and solely depends on the severity of the issues with the computer.

Why do we have a cap

The cap allows us to give you an upfront worst case cost to repair your computer issues. You know that our labour quote will be between $60-$240 for kiosk repairs and $75-$300 for onsite repairs.

Is hardware included in the cap?

No, due to the many variances with hardware pricing we will provide you with the cost of any hardware at the time of the diagnosis if required.

Do I have to do the repair once booked?

Off course not, but our intial diagnosis fee is payable ($60 kiosk/$75 Onsite). You have 15 days from the proposal to go ahead and use the $60 already paid towards the quoted repair cost.
